Fender Blackface Bassman Piggyback (1965)

A Bassman piggyback in shockingly good condition.

This head has the legendary blackface AB165 circuit with it's firm solid state rectifier, classic preamp circuit and beefy output transformer.  We changed the main transformer for a UK voltage hammond, so you don't need a stepdown to .  Filter, bypass & bias caps have been changed, as you would expect, all the coupling & tone caps are original, including the Blue Molded Ajax caps that sound great and last forever.

We've put some Warehouses speakers in to give a bit more of a tight bottom.  You know how it is.
