Shipping policy

First off, if you can, we strongly recommend that you come to our high street shop in East London and try our amps before committing to buying one. If that's not possible, we can arrange delivery in the UK. However, we do not use courier companies; the low cost, rapid, mass market consumer model just does not work for irreplaceable vintage guitar amps. Instead, we use a logistics company to ship your amp from our shop to your door. No labelling, no packaging, no tracking numbers, just pride in doing a good job by people with years of experience. We will schedule your drop into a run, and then the logistics firm will arrange the exact details directly with you. There is a flat rate charge of £125 for most of the country, price on request for areas North of Dumfries & the Scottish Borders; for Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire in Wales; and for counties that have a border on the South Coast.
