Fender Blackface Bassman Head (1965)

You gotta love a bassman head, especially the legendary blackface AB165 circuit with it's firm solid state rectifier, class preamp circuit and beefy output transformer.  We changed the main transformer for a UK voltage hammond, these amps are meant to be gigged, and no-one wants to lug a stepdown around as well as a head.  Filter, bypass & bias caps have been changed, as you would expect, all the coupling & tone caps are original, including the Blue Molded Ajax caps that sound great and last forever.
